prophetic criticism (zulu style)

i had some zulu friends in college. they grew up as mk's in africa, then came to the great white north to play rugby. anyway, they told us that when the zulu were scared, at night in the jungle, of spirits they would chant against the forces of the dark. this chant became our team chant for my junior and senior years (leading us to a regional championship, no less) and we referenced it today in fusion.

away, away, away
wickedness and sin
away
pride and jealousy
away
all injustice
away
every evil deed
away
every heresy
away
all corruption
away
all corruption
away
all corruption
away
away, away, away
